• How do I get more details of the tours? Write us to our e-mail address where you can ask more information about our tours at services@sandy.sv or
• What should I bring on the tour? We recommend you bring comfortable clothes and shoes for walking or climbing, water bottle, hat, sunglasses or sunscreen if you prefer, a little cash if you want to buy some souvenirs and for women if you wear shorts you should bring a pashmina to cover your legs to enter the churches that in some of the tours we will visit
• What is include in the tour? Fees and processing costs, Professional Bilingual tour guide, Transportation in a comfortable vehicle
• What is NOT include in the tour? Tips and Food
• Where will be the meeting point? Each tour will leave from El Zonte, but if you are staying in San Salvador, transportation will be available to bring you to El Zonte, send us an email explaining where you are staying to coordinate pick up at the meeting point in El Zonte
• During the tour, what expenses should I take into account? On the tour you should pay for your food (you are not obliged to eat in the restaurant) and if you want to buy a souvenir you can pay for it, some places accept credit and debit cards and sometimes only cash, In some of the tours it will be possible to pay for food and souvenirs with Bitcoin

Payment and reservations

• How do I book a tour? You can do it through our Book Now button that you will find in each of our tours, or in this link BOOK NOW
• Do you accept payments on cash or credit cards? We are a company created by a bitcoiner for an exclusive customer base in Bitcoin, we only accept payments in Bitcoin, it can be Onchain or through Lighting
• What happen if I cancel or change the tour? Our refund policy is the next: In case of refund, refunds will be made via bitcoin, if you ask for a refund Bitcoin Onchain we will charge the fees, cancellation before 21 days 100%, cancellation within 15 days 50% cancellation, cancellation within 7 days no refund, Refunds take between 7 and 15 days depending on the season

Food

• Do you cater for special dietary needs? Send us an email specifying your dietary needs so that we can take them into account. If it is not possible to visit a place that fits your diets
• What restaurants will we go to on the tours? We will visit restaurants that have a diverse menu where you can get a variety of foods
• Is it mandatory to consume in the restaurant? It is not necessary that you eat in the restaurant but you are welcome to join us while we eat

• Can I bring my kids in the tour? Yes, you can bring your children on the tour but you are responsible for them and they have an extra cost if they occupy a seat on the transport, send us an email and we will give you with more details
• Can I bring my luggage with me? Send us an email specifying how big is the luggage and we will answer you if there will be an extra fee
• Can I bring my pet to the tour? Send us an email and we will check if the place we will visit is pet-friendly. Please note that some restaurants are not pet-friendly.
